Absence Form

Please use this ANY time there will be a student absence so we can account for where your band member is.

This is the 10 page parent packet that goes over all pertinent information about the 2024 Fall Marching Season (includes Color Guard). It outlines contact information, fee schedules, band camp schedules, registration links/codes and other important information.

Medical/Field Trip Forms

These forms include a consent to allow the band member to travel with MJ BOG and receive medical treatment or first aid care, in the event it is necessary.

Registration

All band members must submit their registration form yearly, per WCS policy.

We have few was you can pay for your Dues, Fundraisers, Sponsorships & Donations.
